HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
We want you to stay informed about your order. Once your order has been packed and shipped from AliExpress, we will send a tracking link to your email address. This way, you can easily monitor the status of your shipment.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@oyepapa.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 1-7 days after receiving your item to request a Refund.

To be eligible for a Refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a Return process of your item, you can contact us at support@oyepapa.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on when we are going to get back item from you, after that when item came back to us, we will refund you as soon as possible.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you as soon as possible.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
